Aria Terms & Conditions

At Aria Skin and Body we aim for every treatment to be a positive experience whether you are visiting us for an eyebrow wax, a clinical skin treatment or a relaxation experience. All comments and feedback will be taken seriously and used for development purposes to ensure we continue to improve on our services and provide you with the most positive experience possible.

For your safety & comfort, please let us know if you are under the care of a doctor or other practitioner. In particular, please inform us if you are pregnant, on any prescribed skin medication or have any allergies or health conditions.

As a kind consideration to all guests, we ask that noise is kept at a minimum at all times. We would appreciate it if you turn your mobile phone off or onto silent while in the salon.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you the time to complete a consultation form and ensure we are able to run our services on time. Late arrival may compromise the full length of your treatment, as we endeavour to remain on schedule for each and every client.

Booking + Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Bookings over 3 hours duration require a $50 deposit. Your deposit will be forfeited should you cancel without providing 24 hours notice or should you not show up for your appointment. When booking in for a treatment using a gift voucher, the number must be quoted when booking.

Gift Vouchers
We are pleased to offer gift vouchers for specific treatments, packages or a dollar value to pass on the gift of luxury to someone special. Available for purchase in salon, by phone or online via our website or email contact. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

Privacy
Our therapists have the utmost respect for your privacy and will keep any personal information confidential. Clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment to ensure that we are treating your skin or body correctly and with the best possible results.

Feedback
We value your feedback and appreciate any comments in regards to your experience. please contact the salon via phone, email or in person to share your feedback.

All prices are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice.

Returns Policy
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience and believe in providing a fair and reasonable returns policy to our customers. Aria Skin and Body returns policy applies to all purchases made either in store or online.

For incorrect colours of makeup or product choices we will happily offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days provided that:

Satisfactory Proof of Purchase is provided; and
The item is returned to us in its original packaging; and
Is in a saleable condition (unopened, unused and in the original pristine condition)

Allergic Reactions
Please ensure that products are used as directed on the label. Should an allergic reaction occur, stop using the product immediately and call us to speak to one of our skin therapists.
Should you experience an adverse reaction to any product purchased at Aria Skin and Body please ensure you take a photograph of the response and visit or email the team at Aria Skin and Body to discuss the reaction and obtain a refund on the specific product purchased. Please note that a photograph is required by our product distributors to substantiate the claim due to the high level of active ingredients in the products supplied and recommended through Aria Skin and Body.

We strongly recommend posting your return item using a trackable service. Aria Skin and Body will not be held liable if your item is lost or stolen during transit. Aria Skin and Body will not reimburse postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty or due to an allergic reaction.

Upon receipt of a returned item, an Aria Skin and Body staff member will contact you to complete the returns process.

If a refund is offered, the original purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. If an exchange is offered, the value will be credited to your account so you can place a new order at your leisure.
